HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 18, 2009, respondents participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents’ environmental consultants are discussing the work that needs
to be done, and will file a report with complainant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:15 a.m. on January 13, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
