HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. A hearing is planned for April 5, 2009. The telephone status conference
scheduled for March 29, 2010 has been moved up to March 15, 2010 to allow time to schedule
the hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on March 15, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
