HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is considering how to proceed with this case in
light of respondent’s financial documentation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on January 13, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
