    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On November 18, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant represented that matters are still proceeding, albeit on a delayed
    schedule, due the change in project managers. The complainant is hopeful that the consultant’s
    work can be forwarded to all parties on or about December 18, 2009. A meeting to discuss the
    plan with all concerned is tentatively scheduled for January 20, 2009.
    The Village of Hinsdale represents that construction is still underway for the flow facility,
    including construction of the underground tank. Due to a number of issues, the construction is
    running behind schedule but it is anticipated that it will be completed by February 2010.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on February 11, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. The complainant represented that it will notify the parties and the hearing
    officer of a call-in number prior to the next telephonic status conference. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
