HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 17, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner is still considering respondent’s suggestions, and may
need to schedule a meeting with respondent. Petitioner agreed to file an additional
deadline waiver to May 6, 2010 within the next week.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2010. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The current decision deadline for this case is February 18, 2010.
