HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 16, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Depending on the weather, respondent hopes to complete work at the site within
the next two months.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 12:00 p.m. on January 13, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
