HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is waiting for additional information from the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in order to amend the complaint.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on December 8, 2009. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the complainant.
