HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 2, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties and witnesses have been deposed, and written
discovery may negate the need for deposing expert witnesses. Respondent Fairmont Park
is planning to move for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on December 14, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
