HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 29, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties stated that a few more documents need to be
reviewed prior to the petitioner filing an anticipated motion to voluntarily withdraw.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 21, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss
the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a
motion to voluntarily withdraw is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference
will be cancelled without further notice.
