HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 22, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainant
did not appear. The respondent represented that it appears that the complainant is still
awaiting additional discovery documents from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency. The complainant will forward the discovery materials to the respondent for its
review.
The parties are reminded that they are to participate in a telephonic status
conference on January 7, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
