HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 21, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. According to the inspector, there is still work to be done at the site. When
complainant’s attorney receives the inspection report, she will forward it to respondents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on December 8, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
