    OFFICER ORDER
    On October 20, 2009, petitioner participated
    in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties
    are still trying to schedule a meeting with respondent’s technical
    unit
    to determine the possibility of settlement.
    At the next status conference, petitioner should be
    prepared
    to file an additional deadline waiver, or set this matter for hearing.
    The parties are directed to
    participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2009.
    The status
    conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
    The current decision
    deadline is March 18, 2009.
