    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On October 21, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. A hearing is tentatively set for December 7, 2009 pending results from the
    consultant’s report and complainant’s inspector.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 9, 2009. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant.
