    On October 15, 2009, a telephonic status
    conference
    was held. The petitioners
    represented that meetings in the
    hopes of finalizing a resolve will take place in near future.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic
    status conference with the hearing
    officer on January 14, 2010, at 1:00
    p.m.
    The
    status must be initiated by the petitioners, but
    each
    party is nonetheless responsible
    for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
    must
    be
    prepared
    to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter and their readiness for
    hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is
    filed prior to the next status conference,
    the
    conference will be cancelled without further order.
