HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 13, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant will incorporate some changes into the proposed
settlement agreement, and circulate the document for signatures.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 14, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
