HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 13, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Complainant filed an asbestos case against these
respondents in circuit court. The asbestos clean-up should be completed within two months,
after which the site is expected to be sold to another developer. When the site is sold, this
enforcement docket will pertain only to a penalty demand.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 12, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
