HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 13, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The hearing set for October 29, 2009 is cancelled. Complainant will work on
scheduling depositions for additional witnesses.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 8, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
