HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 13, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties report that the consent decree for the joint federal
and state enforcement actions is being circulated for signatures. It will take some time to
get signatures for all states involved.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 11, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
