HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Footnote 1 of Petitioner’s motion for summary judgment states “[a]s submitted to
the IEPA, certain photographs, charts, etc., were color copies (Record, pp. 302-331 &
338-359). If this portion of the record was not submitted in color to the Board, upon
notice, the City of Quincy will provide color copies to the Board.”
The administrative record filed with the Board did not provide color copies of the
pages referenced in the footnote, and the copies contained in the record are difficult to
view in sufficient detail. Accordingly, the Board requests that petitioner provide color
copies to the Board as soon as practicable.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently February 18, 2010.
