To Whom
It May Concern:
Crystal
Flash Energy
is
a
used oil
collector in the State
Of Michigan.
I
would
like to commend
the Board
for its consideration
of
improving
used
oil
regulations
in the State
of
Illinois.
I understand the
original
direction of the
rulemaking was
going
to add cost,
effort and
energy
to a system
that
seems
to be
adequate
for the tracking
and regulation of
used oil
within
your
State.
Anytime
that you
can steam line a
system or
lessen the paperwork
burden
of
a
small
business
it is appreciated.
In today’s
tough economic
time, it
would
not be
appropriate
to add
additional burdens
to the used
oil
collectors
of
your
State.
The
proposed amendments
will help
level the
playing field by reducing
costs.
Crystal
Flash
Energy recommends
that
the Board
adopt
the
proposed
amendments
as
written.
Thank you
for your consideration.
