Have you looked at

the final version of the rule?

I noticed a problem at 3 88(a)(2)(B). The reference

in

the

first

line to 386(a)(1)(B) (doesn’t

exist) should be 386(a)(2). This was

a casualty of the

reorganization of

388

— it

looks like someone changed

388(a)(2)

to 388(a)(l)(B) and did it for

this 386

reference in error.
