HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 28, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared, although someone
from complainant’s office called to say that all attorneys were absent. If complainant’s
attorney is unable to attend the next status call, he is directed to contact the hearing
officer in advance to reschedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 2, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
