Re:
Proposed
Amendments
to
the
Board’s
Special
Waste
Regulations Concerning
Used

35
ILL.
ADM.
Code
739,
808, 809
(R06-20
Rulemaking
— Land).
On
behalf
of
RS
Used
Oil Services,
Inc.,
an
Illinois
Corporation,
I would
like
to
take this
opportunity to
commend
the Board
for
its
consideration
in
amending
the
current
paperwork
requirements
for
used
oil
regulations
as they
pertain
the
above-mentioned
Administrative
Codes.
The
proposed
Board’s
amendments will
continue
to
require
and
insure
the
proper
tracking
of used
oil shipments
in
Illinois,
however,
will
reduce
the
duplicative and
burdensome
current
regulations
no
other
State
surrounding
Illinois
requires.
RS
Used
Oil Services, Inc.
urges
the Board
to
adopt
their
proposed amendments
as
they
are
currently
drafted
without
change.
This
will
allow
our
company
and
its
customers
to
operate
in
a more
cost
efficient
manner
while
adhering
to
current
Federal
Regulations.
Sincerely,
Compliance
