MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.522, Aramark Uniform Services, Inc. ("Aramark")
submits this Motion for Extension of Time to answer or otherwise plead to the Complaint. In
support
of its Motion, Aramark states as follows:
1.
The Attorney General, on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois ("People")
served the Complaint on Aramark's representative on or about August 3, 2009.
2.
On September 16,2009, the Attorney General filed its Motion to file its "First
Amended Complaint." That Motion has not yet been heard.
