HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Due to a conflict for the hearing officer, the status conference scheduled for October 28,
2009 is rescheduled for 2:00 p.m. on October 14, 2009. If respondent Hillsboro Energy, L.L.C.
does not agree to an additional deadline waiver, this case shall be set for hearing.
Respondent Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is directed to have its attorney file
an appearance, and is on notice that the administrative record is overdue.
The decision deadline is currently February 18, 2010.
