HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. As last reported, respondents were making incremental
progress, but delays continue due to their health issues. Complainant is deciding how to
proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:45 a.m. on October 21, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
