HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The hearing set for October 19, 2009 is cancelled to allow for settlement
discussions. Petitioner will file a deadline wavier to May 21, 2010.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 19, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is December 17, 2009.
