HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that by agreement the cut-off date for
depositions is October 15, 2009. At that time, the respondent may or may not have
deposed the complainant’s expert witness.
Due to the respondents’ trial schedule, the parties suggested that a hearing could
possibly held early in 2010. Further discussion on a hearing date will continue at the next
status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 22, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
