ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On September 4, 2009, Community Landfill, Inc. and Edward and Robert Pruim filed a
motion asking the Board to modify the Board’s August 20, 2009 order directing respondents to
pay a civil penalty by September 21, 2009. The hearing officer has been informed that the
complainant will not respond to the motion. The Board grants the motion and will modify the
order to direct the payment of the fine by October 1, 2009 or until such date set by the Board
when considering any motion to reconsider that may be filed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
