HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The issues in this case are similar to other cases currently
pending before the Board. When those issues are resolved, the parties will determine
what action is needed in this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 5, 2010. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
