HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 9, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared, although petitioner
filed a status report and deadline waiver on September 15, 2009. The parties will meet
within the next few weeks to determine the possibility of settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 20, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The current decision deadline is March 18, 2009.
