HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and are
finalizing the payment terms.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 16, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
