HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent has provided more information on the proposed
Supplemental Environmental Project, and complainant needs to discuss the matter with
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
