HEARING OFFICER ORDER

with the hearing officer. Complainant’s investigator is still looking for respondent so that
service can be made. Complainant may also file an amended complaint seeking to add
another respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 2, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
