HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 1, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. A hearing was set for October 15, 2009. Although the facility is located in
Washington County, there is no known public interest in this case, and petitioner requested that
the hearing be held in Springfield. Respondent is directed to file an appearance along with the
administrative record.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on September 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is December 17, 2009.
