ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
On August 7, 2009, Waste Management of Illinois, Inc. and Kendall Land and Cattle,
L.L.C. (collectively, respondents) filed a “Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice” (Mot.). In support
of their motion, respondents state “that the parties have compromised and resolved the issues
between them.” Mot. at 1. Respondents request that the Board “dismiss this matter with
prejudice and without costs.”

. The Board grants the motion, dismisses the matter, and closes
the docket.
