HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency rejected one of
respondent’s proposed supplemental environmental projects, and respondent is waiting to
hear about the second proposal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 26, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
