HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 5, 2009, the complainant filed a motion for an extension of time to
respond to respondent Community Landfill Company’s (CLC) motion for
reconsideration. CLC has not filed a response. To that end, the complainant’s motion is
granted. Complainant’s response is now due to be filed on or before August 26, 2009.
On August 13, 2009, the respondent City of Morris (City) filed a motion for an
extension of time to reply to the complainant’s response to the City’s motion for
reconsideration. On August 25, 2009, the complainant’s represented to the hearing
officer that it will not object.
The City is reminded that a moving party does not have the right to reply except
as permitted by the Board or the hearing officer.

procedural rules. In any event, the City’s motion is granted and its reply is now due to be
filed on or before August 31, 2009.
