HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 18, 2009, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it anticipates
discussions with the respondent in the near future. The petitioner represented that it will
file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including February 5, 2010.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 15, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must
be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
