HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 18, 2009, respondent participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent continues to work on the draft permit, but delays
have occurred due to the relocation of respondent’s air and permitting divisions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 17, 2009. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
