HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 18, 2009, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant notified the hearing officer in advance to say that he would be
unable to attend. Respondent is reviewing the most recent revisions to the proposed settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
