HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
On August 5, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to December 17, 2009. At the next
status conference, petitioner will need to agree to an additional waiver, or this case will be set for
hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 24, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is November 5, 2009.
