HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 10, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a draft settlement agreement for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on October 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
