HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 10, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to
review the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
