HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney now has her SAAG appointment, and will send
respondents a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:45 a.m. on September 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
