HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector will certify the property upon clarification of how the
scrap metal was disposed. Respondent will submit information pertaining to the disposal, as well
as his current financial status.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 8:30 a.m. on September 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
