HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. As last reported, respondent was planning to work
on the site this summer. If complainant’s attorney remains unable to reach respondent, this case
will be set for hearing. Respondent is directed to contact complainant’s attorney, Michelle Ryan,
at 217/782-5544 with a progress report.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:15 p.m. on September 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
