On August 11, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents report that the site work is complete. Complainant’s inspector will
revisit the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 8:00 a.m. on September 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
