HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 11, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney has her SAAG appointment, and the parties are working
on language for the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
