HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 13, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they anticipate that discussions will be initiated in
the near future.
The petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to
and including January 7, 2010. By agreement, the record in the above-captioned matter is now
due to be filed on or before October 2, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 17, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
